外国人和境外返回绍兴注意事项

绍兴常年拥有大量的外籍人士，现在疫情在国外依旧非常严峻，所以近期有从国外回国的中国人返回绍兴，或者外籍人士入境绍兴市都需要报备信息和隔离14天的观察。

致外籍人士和境外返绍人员的公开信

在全市人民的积极配合、共同努力下，我市新型冠冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作取得了阶段性成效。但全球抗击新冠肺炎疫情的形势依然严峻复杂，目前多国确认病例蔓延，疫情扩散的势头尚未得到有效遏制。做好境外来绍人员的疫情防控工作，已成为我市疫情防控工作的重点。为进一步保障您和家人的健康，保护城市安全，我们向您友情提示：

一、当前我市疫情蔓延势头得到遏制，为了有效防范境外疫情输入和扩散，减少不必要的人员流动，如您还未来绍，有商务、旅游、访问等短期来绍的计划安排，除非十分必要，为了您和我市公民的共同的健康安全，建议暂缓来绍，待疫情平稳可控后欢迎来绍。

二、如您已来绍，请自觉并严格遵守我市发布的各项疫情防控措施，请理解、支持和服从现场工作人员对您采取的健康检查和管理。

如您来自疫情多发的国家或地区，请自觉配合我市疫情防控部门对您采取的14天医学观察措施。

如您已返回在绍寓所，请第一时间向所在社区报到，如实报告您的旅居史，等14天医学观察过后，再恢复正常工作、商务和生活活动。

如您出现发热、乏力、干咳等不适症状，请勿慌张和恐惧，戴好口罩，及时报告接待方、居留社区(酒店)、疾控部门等，服从安排前往定点医院就诊。

如您因自身原因，未能配合当地疫情防控机构采取的合法合理的管控措施，相关职能机构有权依法依规对您采取进一步的管控措施。

三、社区是我们共同的家园，请您和社区所有人员遵守疫情防控措施，共同配合互相监督。一旦发现有害疫情防控的行为和现象，请借助12345市长热线或社区公开服务电话，通知有关部门加强管理。

疫情防控需要每一位公民和来访者积极参与、支持配合。我们高度重视在绍外籍人士和境外返绍人员的健康和安全，我们有信心、有能力打赢这场疫情防控阻击战，保障全体居民的健康和安全。

A Letter to Foreign Nationals and Inbound Travelers to Shaoxing

With the active cooperation and joint efforts of all the citizens, the control of COVID-19 spread in our city has achieved phased results. However, the global fight against COVID-19 is still in tough situation. Currently, many countries have confirmed the spread of COVID-19, and the epidemic has not been effectively stopped. To prevent its further spread among inbound travelers to Shaoxing has become the city's top priority in the epidemic prevention and control. To protect the health of you and your family and ensure the safety of the city, we would like to remind you:

First, we have been able to contain the wide spread of the epidemic at the present stage. In order to effectively control the import of overseas epidemic and reduce large-scale human traffic, if you have short-term travel plans to Shaoxing, we strongly recommend that you postpone your visit unless it is essentially necessary. You are welcome to come to visit the city after the epidemic is contained.

Second, if you have already come to Shaoxing, please be aware of and strictly abide by the epidemic control measures issued by the municipal government. Please support and cooperate with the on-site staff in health check and epidemic management.

If you come from a country or region with a ongoing severe outbreak of the epidemic, please cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control department to take the 14-day medical quarantine observation measures.

If you have returned to your residence in Shaoxing, please report to local community promptly about your travel history. You will regain normal life after the 14-day medical quarantine observation period.

If you have fever, fatigue, dry cough and other uncomfortable symptoms, do not panic and please contact your host, residential community (hotel), disease control department, etc., wear your face mask and go to the designated hospital for diagnosis and treatment.

If you fail to cooperate with the appropriate regulatory measures taken by the local epidemic prevention and control authorities, the relevant functional institutes will take further regulatory measures in accordance with the law.

Third, the community is our home. Please abide by the epidemic prevention and control measures and cooperate with local community authorities. If you find any behaviors which might be detrimental to the prevention and control efforts, please call the mayor's hot line 12345 or the community's public service hot line.

The control of the epidemic needs the participation, support and cooperation of every citizen and visitor. We attach great importance to the health and safety of foreign nationals and inbound travelers. We have the confidence and ability to win the battle against COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety of all residents in Shaoxing.
